Fit & Fab brings the Gym to your home or to your local park, which ever you prefer. A unique program is specifically tailored to your individual goals, and unlike a gym and classes, each program starts at your specific level.  

Free Consultation & Fitness Assessment

Fit & Fab offers a FREE Consultation & fitness assessment for every new client. This provides an insight to your current health, goals, motivation, previous exercise experience, likes & dislikes, possible barriers to you obtaining your goals, nutritional habits, any bad habits, structural health, medical history, current ailments & medication. Fit & Fab will then perform a couple of basic health assessments & then a short fitness test.

These results will be used to design a safe & effective program for you to embark on at your next visit.  

Fit & Fab will also cater for friends or groups to train. So if you want a competitive group session then please contact me.
