I work with individuals and with Business Owners to help them reach their goals more quickly than if they had acted alone. Coaching is about moving forward in a purposeful and clear direction, dealing with challenges that are thrown up along the way.
The goals and challenges are many and varied, but 'popular' ones include: time management; confidence; too many choices; implementing a business plan; and communication. I have also worked quite extensively with young people in their late teens and early twenties, focusing on life choices and preparing for transition.
I work from home and coach either face to face or by telephone. I also use a room at Sussex Osteopath Clinic in Hurstpierpoint and am willing to travel to the client's place of work or somewhere near if that is more convenient.
